Amazing location on the sound and very close proximity to Topsail Beach. We saw dolphins both in the sound and from the beach! If you are looking for the most relaxing beach vacation spot then this is it!

This house has a spacious kitchen and great views! We loved how close the house was to the beach and pool! Unfortunately, the hot tub was not in use. The house was very clean but could use some updated furnishings and furniture.

The location of this house can't be beat. Sitting on the deck watching the sunrise and then the evening sunset while watching the dolphins was spectacular. Loved to be able to fish from the backyard and then walk a short distance to the beach. Can't wait to return for another relaxing family vacation.

We couldn't have asked for a better home experience than this. This house and furnishings were amazing! The owners are kind and professional. We loved drinking our morning coffee on the deck over looking the sound. This house made our family vacation the best ever!

The view is simply stellar but there are things that need attention like a good deep cleaning, replace old/stained toilets and toilet seats, upgrade kitchen items also need a couple real cutting boards, measuring cups/spoons and more glassware. Appreciated having plenty of empty cabinets and pantry for our stuff. Really enjoyed being out on the decks and the spacious living area and comfortable beds/bedding. The elevator was a big plus for loading in and out.

This vacation home has a gorgeous water view! The home has everything you need but there are many options for dining and entertainment within a short drive. The hot tub, pool, beach, and boat access are all added bonuses. It's a very quiet area which is great for relaxing. Owners were wonderful! Would definitely recommend this one!

Second time renting here, the place is amazing. The house is well kept and supplied with everything you will need. We enjoyed sitting on the deck watching all the activity, the dolphins, different types of birds, watching the boats drive by, and the sunsets are amazing. Short distance to the beach. Restaurants are close by. The setting is peaceful and quiet. Owners are very helpful.

The house was very nice. When we walked in, it smelt like a fish fry restaurant. We thought it could have be cleaned (smelled) better upon arrival. The kitchen was left unkept with the sink and oven still dirty. These were the only complaints, not enough to spoil anything. Overall, very nice place .

As all the reviews have mentioned the views from the property are wonderful. The location is great. My kids loved being able to fish from the back yard and watching the boats go by. We didn't have any issues during our stay and the owners were very responsive to the questions we had prior to our stay. Some of the earlier reviews mentioned not having enough cooking supplies and so we brought some with us but we could have left them at the house as the property had everything we would have needed. We would definitely stay again.

'Let's do Sunset' was a great place to stay! Alana was very kind and promptly addressed any needs we had. The elevator was a blessing and a huge help bringing all our gear to the upper levels! We enjoyed fishing, crabbing and swimming (we were pleasantly surprised to see the pool was still open). The beach was beautiful! We saw dolphins almost every morning from the deck. The weather didn't always cooperate, but there are lots of indoor things to explore in the area. I highly recommend 'Let's do Sunset'. Alana, thank you again for all youe help!

Overall, the duplex/house is nice with plenty of room, light, and views. It appears the home had a whole-house speaker system and I called the owner to ask how to get the amplifier to work the speakers. I left a message and never received a return phone call.
