  • Bring your boat and beach towels to this gorgeous home, newly renovated interior and exterior, 4 spacious bedrooms (3(Q) 1(K)), 3 full baths with glass shower enclosures. 2 living rooms- pull out couch in loft living room. Spectacular, well equipped, easy to cook-in gourmet kitchen with 2 icemaker refrigerators, in-drawer microwave, d/w, 6 burner commercial gas stove/oven and huge island seats 6. 10' drink/buffet bar in the dining room with sink, icemaker, wine cooler and coffee bar. Half bath, large enclosed outside shower and 1st laundry room on ground level. 2nd laundry on main level. Ground floor lift to 1st floor for wheelchair, luggage and groceries ONLY. NOTE: LIFT SHOULD NOT BE USED FOR CHILDREN. From May-August this property rents Saturday-Saturday, 7 night minimum. Boat lift is owner use only.
