The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
CHECKOUT CHECK LIST -DO NOT STRIP BEDS. -Wet/dirty towels should be left hanging in bathrooms. -Wash the dishes used. (An additional charge will be billed for any dishes not washed and put away.)
-Take out ALL food, drink, and trash to the bins outside. -Lock all windows and doors to the property before departure. If you moved furniture inside or out, PLEASE return to the original spot.
The cleaning fee included in your total. You still have the responsibilities listed above. If we find the property to be excessively dirty you will be charged.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
