"It was a nice stay; the room was exceptionally cold, which I appreciated. The breakfast selection was a little scarce, but it's okay; at least they offered some. The location is awesome; you're in the middle of everything on the Walk of Fame."

"Beds were clean. Bathroom sink were old and had to remove the stopper to let it drain during the use. Toilet was ok and the shower pressure was good.,however the bath tub was old and conditioner was either blocked or empty. There was a spider on the room floor. People in the room above were noisy."

"Be cautious when booking this hotel. So many high additional fees that the people working at the hotel won’t tell you about and will blame Expedia instead of taking accountability. Obnoxiously rooftop bar makes sleeping hard too. Terrible customer service and will not be returning. "

"I stayed at Fenix Hotel Hollywood and unfortunately had a very disappointing and upsetting experience. My belongings were stolen from my car while it was parked in their gated garage, which requires a code for entry. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was for the added sense of security with a gated parking area. However, it’s clear that this does not guarantee safety. Either the access is not properly controlled, or there is a lack of monitoring. I did file a police report, but the situation left me feeling uneasy and unsupported. I strongly recommend that future guests do not leave anything in their vehicles, even in the garage, and that the hotel take better measures to ensure guest safety. Very disappointing experience overall."
