The living room, dining table and kitchen share one open space, with an L-shaped sectional facing the smart TV. ★ Setting: a residential street in Hollywood, FL. Quiet hours are 10 pm–8 am; please keep noise respectful day and night so the neighbors stay happy.
★ Pool: the pool is not heated. It is an in-ground pool about 4 ft deep, so expect cool water in the winter months.
★ Bathrooms & beds: 2 full baths for up to 8 guests; a two-queen room, two queen rooms and a room with two twin-over-full bunks.
★ Pets: dogs welcome, up to 3, $150 per pet. Pets must be disclosed before arrival; undisclosed pets are charged under the rental agreement.
★ Fees: early check-in or late check-out is $50 each when available. Lost & found shipping is $100. Cleaning beyond our standard service may carry an extra fee.
★ After booking: a short rental agreement and ID check. The booking guest must be 25 or older. No parties or events, no smoking. Local guests within 50 miles, please message us first.
