- The other bedroom has 2 double beds, a huge closet and also a huge, newly renovated bathroom as well.

- Carefully handpicked artwork and furniture compliments the entire apartment, along with TVs in the living room and each bedroom.

- There is a Nespresso machine that you may use to enjoy a morning brew!
- The building charges $30 per keyfob at checkin. They issue 1 keyfob per 3 adults checking in.
- Some features include a 24hr attended lobby, valet parkings, a gym, a game room with a pool table, ping pong, and a private pool. There is also an ATM in the lobby, so you do not have to cross the street and go to 7/11.

- If you'd rather hit the beach, please take the service elevator downstairs, walk outside and take a 1-minute walk down the beach path!

- On Ocean Drive, you’ll find a wonderful selection of restaurants of various and delicious cuisines. Of course, you can always just order in, if you’re worn out from swimming all day!
