"Staff were absolutely amazing! Shuttle driver from the airport gave us a little run down on the area as we were travelling to the hotel. Front desk receptionist was so, so helpful and friendly. Hotel is quite dated. Rooms are ok. Bed was comfortable. Corner cupboard with refrigerator in it was completely unfinished inside, no flooring in there, concrete floor exposed and nothing covering the walls inside. Lamp shades were yellowing & stained and the coating on the lamps itself was all peeling off. Pool was dirty with leaves. Washroom was gross, doors are weird. There is two and they don’t open very easily. I got stuck in there and my husband had to force the door open from the outside because I couldn’t pull them open from the inside. The toilet was cracked on the side near the base and had what appeared to be a puddle of dried up urine resting on the base of the toilet. The baseboards were coming off and had black mould growing behind them. The floor of the bathtub was really spongy and had something put over it to reinforce it a little bit. I’m glad we never had our kids with us but we made do with just my husband and I."

"The hotel is very close to both the airport and the cruise Port Terminal which makes it convenient for overnight stays at either place since they have a free shuttle to the airport pick up and delivery and they have a delivery service for a fee per person to the port everglades. The room was large and cozy the bed was comfy the people were all extremely friendly the breakfast was delicious in the morning which was complimentary when I was there and has been for a long time at Hampton Inns across the country the pool those small was cute clean and quaint and the hotel is across the street from a large outdoor shopping area that includes all kinds of stores and multiple restaurants of all descriptions so it is excellent in many ways"
