"The check-in process was easy. Place is small and quaint, however it does have all amenities as listed and conveniently located in a busy neighborhood. It is a good place to relax after a day out. Would stay there again. It was clean."

"Overall would not recommend as of today, as the door did not lock properly with a deadbolt and the neighborhood was in a scary part of town. The property manager was very friendly and easy to work with and would recommend his properties as a person to work with. This property was clean and would have been nice if it were not for the loud people sharing a wall next door and the lock not working properly. I honestly had never been so scared in my entire life because the door did not lock properly...

"This place was AWFUL. The second we opened the door we were hit with the smell. It smelled moldy/mildewy and like someone had smoked inside for 40 years. We had to buy scented sprays and open all the windows the entire two week stayThe floor was peeling up. The walls and ceilings were dirty. The ceiling in the bathroom was covered in dead bugs. The toilet seat was broken. The dishwasher didn’t work. There’s no tv in the living room. The pillows were horrific. "

"I was very disappointed with this property. Before I even arrived, the host company had me jumping through several hoops to even get the check in information. I had to go through a verification which involved me sending a picture with me holding my id. I sent it to two different phone numbers without success before they just finally requested it by email which is what I originally asked if I could do. Then upon checking in the unit smelled damp, the scent would come and go depending on how well...

"Everything about my stay was perfect! The host was very accommodating and good at communicating before I arrived. The property was clean and in a great location (20 minute walk from Hollywood). Would definitely stay here again!"
