"Clean room, amazing staff (Diana was so kind and helpful) & very close to the beach The only negative point was that we had a late checkout, and it seems that it was not communicated to the staff. As a result, 4 different people came to ask us about it, and we had to repeat the same thing every time. Otherwise, I would recommend the hotel !"

"The room I stayed in was terrible. Toilet stopping up, sink leaking they came and fixed the sink from leaking but that just caused it to have little to no water pressure, the shower water didn’t get hot, and they kept charging my card after I left with no invoice. I DONT RECOMMEND this place"

"Was very surprised that they charged us an early check fee at the moment of checking. We had waited patiently in the lobby and did not push for an early check in. So when they told us that our room was ready, we checked in. Only after our stay that I noticed that they changed my credit card. Prior to check in, when we arrived, the guy told me that we could get a double bed room with no charge if we gave up our suite. I ask if that would be cheaper and get a discount and he promptly told me that there was no room price difference between a suite and a normal room. After looking online I saw that it was not true. Anyways, this hotel and brand will no longer be on my list of preferred accommodation prior to or after our cruise."

"All staff there was very helpful and accommodating. I was amazed that the great attitudes smiles and kindness that I was met with the hotel was in a great location right on the beach and boardwalk. I most certainly would recommend this hotel the use of the beach chairs and umbrella was wonderful. I would stay here again."
