"We enjoyed this property a lot as a launching pad for our LA vacation. The property was clean and as pictured. It’s furnished minimally but works well for a group of 4. If you have more than that seating is an issue unless, like us, you have people who enjoy sitting on the ground. Would highly suggest paying for the parking garage. Management was easy to work with and helpful. We’d stay here again. "

"We enjoyed the pool and the location. The rollaway beds were very nice to have as an option so that our kids could each have their own and did not have to share a bed. The first night we had issues with the air conditioning, but it was just off at the fuse box. The owner or manager quickly got back to us, and it worked great the rest of the stay. "It was really bad. The apartment was so poorly insulated you could hear every single person walk by outside. On to of that the street was very loud. People driving at very high speeds blasting music well into the early morning. The parking situation is not what is listed on listing which caused an argument with one of the residence. That is of your car can even fit down the driveway. The hot water goes from non existant to scalding and back to non existent and I even had to replace the shower...

"this unit was not bad for what I needed. I needed a place close to my jobsite and this worked. I would say they could do with getting a new mattress and fixing the blinds. If someone is walking down the stairs outside, you can see right into the unit and into the bedroom. Other then that, this place isnt bad. Minor upgrades would be great."
