"I needed a place close to my parents and we were exactly just across the street 2 houses down! This was a remarkable place! It was exactly as described! Such a comforting home with a pool! We were close to all the events in LA and Pasadena! We got to spend a couple of days by the pool, which was amazing! The host was gracious and accommodating. Next year we plan on staying here! Thank you for such a wonderful stay"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Anahit’s backyard cottage. It was perfect for us in every way: very comfortable bed, nice kitchen, roomy bathroom, and an easy check-in process. We enjoyed a pretty view out the large glass door, and breakfast at the patio table. Thank-you Anahit!"

"The host communicated at the last minuet with check-in instructions..towels and sheets were damp when I checked in. Dryer did not work. Kitchen cabinet doors fell of when I opened them..Lots of road noise from busy street out front..poor overall location.. I left several days early to find another place.. host would not refund me a dime. I'd not recommend staying here."

"Stayed with a friend overnight for New Years for the Rose Bowl Parade. The Apt looks exactly like the pictures. Kitchen is sparsly stocked with basic necessities. Nice size rooms, comfortable beds. Right next to the Bunny Museum. The only downside as a planner and traveling for 6 hours the property management would not send me the property information until an hour before checking in. Hence the minus one star."

"I booked knowing I was getting a good rate for being a new listing. I was overall satisfied with my stay. Owner is friendly and communicative. However, the property still needs some basic amenities (such as forks) and has overstock of others (full set of steak knives). Not sure if the heaters are working and this did impact some comfortability. The place is easy to access."
