"The place was filthy. cockroach’s. Bugs in fridge. Food particles left on counter and microwave. Bathroom sink not cleaned. No toilet paper, no bedding for pull-out couch, no hand towels, one rag and one dish towel. Glasses and cups were filthy from sitting in the open so long. Table could not be used because any weight causes it to tilt over. Bathroom has nowhere to put you toiletries. The owner responded quick, but they couldn’t get toilet paper right away so we had to buy some. Then we had to...

"We thought we would try this type of accommodation this trip as it was pretty close to the normal hotel price we pay. Although I should have read the part where there are stairs, (we are seniors with limited mobility), we were still very happy with the stay. Just much more comfortable that the hotels. "

"Nice. Clean. Quiet. AC is awesome. Could use a comfortable chair instead of the two small plastic ones. Also a bench for setting bags on would be great. But I’m nitpicking. Overall it was great. Be prepared in this little town. There’s not much going on and only a few food places. Grocery store was good. Tara’s Tavern was fun and hospitable. There is a great taco truck everyday too. Things open later and close early. "

"We found this very nice and cozy 1 bedroom accommodated our needs for the 3 days of the CIF Wrestling Championship. Our son was competing, it was a short drive convenient to Mechanics Bank Arena made convenient to go back and forth between matches to get a bit of rest. Highly recommend. Eric and Eiji are wonderful Hosts, made check-in seamlessly"

"Upon arrival house was dirty, food was in the fridge. You can’t be out at night out side. Homeless people hang out out side property.One time one homeless was laying on the main parking area. Ambulance sirens in the middle of the night. Please don’t based the stayed with only looking at the pictures and title of the place. I definitely got catfish."

"The host never contacted us even after multiple messages and a voice-mail requesting information. Had to call verbo customer service to find out they weren't going to give us access to our reservation. Absolutely unprofessional and left us in the lurch to figure out where we were going to stay while we were on our way. Save your sanity and avoid this place. "
