The location and property are spectacular! The communication with the host was prompt and thorough. The place itself is it's own little oasis with a private back yard surrounded by palm trees, a wonderful pool, hot tub and plenty of family games. We absolutely cant wait ro go back

The best VRBO we have stayed at to date. Ideal location, walking distance to the beach and establishments! Perfect backyard layout and so well stocked for kids- beach toys, peddle jumpers, baby seat, etc. Extremely clean- would definitely recommend and will be back.

Great Place All Around

The house was a perfect set up for our stay. Lots of great seating areas and comfy beds. The location was spot on, with the beach super close and great food options minutes away. The best part was the back yard oasis, with the pool and hot tub along with a great outdoor seating area with TV that provided either sun or shade as we needed it. We definitely would stay again and again! The host made everything easy and we had zero issues the whole stay.

Property was well equipped- games, cards, sand toys, chairs, pool stuff. Furniture was okay. Location was amazing. Beach close by and so were beach shops, coffee and restaurants all walking distance. Even a boat rental was around the corner. Area was quiet and relaxed.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful beach home in Holmes Beach! So if you are trying to decide-look no further! The house was everything we had hoped for-beautiful, clean, great location to the beach entrance, amazing activities by the pool-kids loved all the games especially the putt putt and corn hole, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds! The owner Ginelle was so accommodating and responds quickly! Everything about our week there was perfect! We would definitely love to come back!

Absolutely perfect spot. Loved the house… not too big, it was very clean, the outdoor area was lovely, close to the beach, traffic not just horrific, and Ginelle is a complete doll. Sooo helpful and Justin handled a couple of issues we had. This is our 20th year in AMI. And this is the first time we can rebook for next year!! The easiest rental situation we have ever had in AMI!

The Ideal Spot!

This house is not only in a fantastic location - but it is just as it is pictured. The home itself is a vacation spot. The pool and the yard games were such a welcome. If we weren’t at the beach we were in the yard at the pool or eating at one of the beautiful outside settings. Comfortable and very clean! This home is in a quiet area yet close to anywhere you’d want to go - and about 2 minutes from the beach. We were 7 adults and 1 one year old with much room to spread out and all have our own privacy as well as bathrooms. The owner is very responsive & ease with check in. Definitely on our list for another stay!

Wonderful Property

Property was wonderful for our extended family vacation! It was our first visit to this area and we loved the proximity to the beach, trolley stops and walkable to several restaurants and stores. We walked down to the nearby ice cream place almost every night with the kids! And it was lovely to take a quick walk over to the beach to catch several sunsets. And the house itself was awesome! Clean, everything we needed in the kitchen and lovely hangout spaces. Beds were comfy and plenty of room for adults to gather and kids to play. Especially out by the pool, which we were in multiple times a day! Kids are already asking when we can come back!

Good location and great home for family fun

We have been to a lot of beach spots and stayed in several homes. This was as advertised. It had planets of space for our family. We have kids 19- 23 so they each want their own space. Plenty of good yard games and the pool was great. It was large enough to have a good time and had a deep end. Very close to the beach and convenient walk to food, coffee, etc. If we come back to Ami we would stay here again. Many thanks to the owner and property management company for doing a good job keeping it up which can’t be easy!

What are you hoping for when you rent a home on AMI?This beautiful home checks all the boxes - short walk to beach; AC worked perfectly; pool is wonderful; beds comfortable; all appliances and TVs worked great; kitchen well stocked; very clean; beach items in good condition. This spacious well built home is in a quiet location. In the 12+ years we've leased homes on AMI for our family, this was the best. Fun Time

The house is full of everything you’ll need, and a great location. We had a few small things come up, but they were taken care of; including a brand new grill! If I could change anything, it would be dropping the pool temperature about ten degrees. We had a heat advisory one day, and 86 degree pool water, didn’t cook us at all. We would definitely come stay again, but would request the pool temperature be dropped.

A slice of paradise on AMI

If you’ve been scrolling through all the properties on Anna Maria Island trying to make a decision, I encourage you to keep reading. A few girlfriends and I stayed here for five nights in August, and it was a great experience. The house was well equipped, the beds were very comfortable. And the pool was amazing. We used it every single day multiple times. It’s about a five minute walk up the block to the beach Access path. I don’t know if we hit it on a good few days or if it’s always like this, but the water in the Gulf was absolutely amazing. I was convinced that I would go to the beach and just wanna go back to the pool, but we spent hours floating around in the Gulf of Mexico. My advice is bring a couple of pool noodles to the beach, because you’re going to want them while you’re in the water there. Back to the house, the layout is very nice. The master bedroom with a king bed is on the same floor as the living room and kitchen, which is one level up from the main door. Up on the next floor you’ve got three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, and two balconies, which we didn’t really use because it was so hot. We used the trolley to get around, and got to see quite a few things around the island using that as our form of transportation. The only thing I wasn’t impressed with were a lot of the restaurants. Sub-par at best, maybe I just made poor choices. I’ve stayed at quite a few short term rentals, and this was definitely one of the nicer ones! Enjoy!
