The combined living area and kitchen create a cozy space to prepare meals and enjoy your favorite shows! The master bedroom includes a king sized bed and spacious closet. The bathroom is conveniently located just beyond the kitchen for easy access to all guests. Step outside onto your balcony to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather awaiting you! Downstairs you have a private grilling area with picnic table. This is the perfect space to host an evening BBQ! Beachwalker Apartment is a quick 1 minute walk to beautiful gulf front beaches. Looking for extra space? Beachwalker apartment has an attached 3 bedroom cottage that can be rented as well!

***OVERCROWDING CONSEQUENCES***
Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep Anna Maria Island enjoyable for everyone.
