Important before booking: Ocean Park Terrace 202 has a one-month minimum stay during winter and a two-week minimum during summer. This is not a weekly rental — contact IVP to confirm current seasonal minimums before booking.

The spiral staircase from the living room leads to your own private rooftop deck — panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico in one direction, the Intracoastal Waterway in the other. This is the only private rooftop deck in the Bradenton Beach portfolio and the defining feature of this unit. Sunsets from up here are unlike anything available at the ground or balcony level.

The unit is directly on the Gulf — white sand beach stretches in both directions from the front of the building. The screened lanai has an electric grill for cookouts. The living room has a wet bar — a specific detail that sets this unit apart from every other Bradenton Beach condo audited. A desk area makes extended stays functional for remote workers.

Two bedrooms sleep five. The master has a king bed. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed. Two full bathrooms. A full-size washer and dryer in the unit handles an extended stay's worth of laundry. The heated pool is available for all building guests. Elevator and secured entry. Undercover parking for two cars.
