"The hotel was under renovation so it was messy. Many areas need upgrading but seems like that’s what is being done. Rooms were nice and big and the renovated ones were very nice. Bathrooms for the superior rooms were so big! Lots of convenient restaurants, grocery and stores close by. Restaurant in the hotel was very good but the breakfast buffet was basic. Great convenient location and good value for the price. "

"I would highly recommend this hotel. We had nothing to complain about. The room was clean, spacious and had a lovely view of the canal through a large window from the lounge. The staff were just amazing, especially Maria, who went out of her way to make sure we got the room we wanted and also attending to the small details in our stay, making us feel so at home. She is an asset to the hotel. Breakfast was great, with everything you needed being offered. The staff were friendly and helpful too....
