"Das Sauerland Stern Hotel war insgesamt leider nur mittelmäßig. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die sehr gute Lage – alles ist fußläufig erreichbar, was gerade für Ausflüge praktisch ist.
Leider wird dieser Vorteil durch den Service deutlich relativiert. Das Personal wirkte mehrfach unfreundlich und wenig hilfsbereit, bei Fragen oder Anliegen eher desinteressiert. Insgesamt fehlte es an Serviceorientierung und Freundlichkeit.
Für den Preis hatten wir mehr erwartet. Insgesamt würden wir das Hotel...

"Sehr gemutlich mit gutes helf von Gastherr und vrau. Ein sehr nettes staat von Hotel, zimmer als alle andern facilitaten.

"Personeel beleefd , ontbijt op zondag vrij laat . Gastheer had zich overslapen . Tweede dag was er zelfs niemand aanwezig . Ontbijt stond klaar .
Geen extra broodjes .
Denk dat gastheer door de sneeuw vroegtijdig weg moest .
Kamers proper maar beetje verouderd.
Maar om weekendje skiën moet dat niet meer zijn"
