"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the 4th week we have stayed at this rental and we love it! One recommentation, for mgmt....please check condition of golf carts more frequently."

"This is a beautiful, well-furnished home with ample space inside. Views outside were also photo-worthy, especially around sunrise and sunset. Location was walking distance (about a mile) to the beach. We did note a few inches of water on the street each day in the late afternoon, corresponding to high tide this time of year. Some people might feel uncomfortable using the roads during these times. Overall we were happy with our stay, and can understand why this is a highly rated pick."

"The host, Debbie is an EXCELLENT communicator. The only issue was the property is listed, as a 5 bedroomDen; but in the full description with the number of beds in each room, it's listed, as a 6TH bedroom, so it was confusing. After arriving, the Den was considered the 6th bedroom, which was off the kitchen and there was no door for privacy. My family REALLY needed a 4-wall with door 6th bedroom. The kitchen is FULLY stocked with EVERYTHING needed to cook. There's a pool table upstairs and we took full advantage of playing. There's PLENTY of seating areas for eating. There's PLENTLY of outdoor spaces to sit. At night, the enclosed patio was beautiful to sit out and listen to the fountain in the lake and view the beautiful well-lit lights on the pathway deck, which heads toward the Club House. You are only about 5 to 10 minutes from Bethany Beach, restaurants and a couple of bars. I would DEFINITELY stay again, if I had less people in our party. We booked very late, so many properties with more bedrooms and bathrooms were already booked. Thanks to Debbie for being an EXCELLENT HOST!!!!!!!!!!"

"We really enjoyed our stay. The host Scott was very responsive and the house was everything we had hoped for. We highly recommend this rental. Our lab loved the room to roam indoors and in the fenced in back yard."

"It was a very nice property. Pet friendly, very clean. The host is very responsive. There is beautiful views and a nice small beach area. The room could use better internet services, wifi was constantly loading when trying to stream, so we ended up watching cable. I also wasn't crazy that we had to pay for pool passes that we only used one time, usually these are included in rentals. I didnt know this until after putting down a payment that the pool passes were not included. Also if bringing kids please make note the community pool doesnt allow children under 16 in the hot tub. My kids were bummed about that. I would also suggest bringing a frying pan had a hard time cooking in the ones provided. Everything was sticking to the pan even when using oil or butter prior to cooking in it. All in all though it was a nice size place with beautiful views. We had a great vacation."

"Just what we needed for a quick trip to Bethany while visiting UofD. We had our teens with us and they were able to each find a corner. We’ve been coming for many years but are usually in a different area. Loved being close to town, restaurants, and beach. Home was very spacious and views were amazing to the marsh. House has bare minimum, which we expected so we needed to rent linens, towels. Although areas of the home have been clearly and beautifully updated, some areas need updating-pillows, deck, bikes, beach chairs/buggy. Power wash should be part of regular maintenance of porch/deck as birds love the area too. We weren’t able to be outdoors as much as we would have liked. Owner was quick and responsive to a few questions I had. We had a great time."
