"We had a great week at this property! Our family has been coming to the area around Bethany Beach for about 15 years, and this was a truly standout week. Rachel was super responsive and easy to work with, and the vacation was one of our most relaxing to date. Couple of things to call out:-Everything you need in the garage: beach chairs, bikes, paddle boards, and kayaks-Clean, spacious property with tons of space and lots to do: lots of big tables and couches for hanging out together, as well as separate spaces (balconies, bedrooms, different floors) when people wanted quiet time.-Beautiful setting: glimpses of the bay at sunset, a bayside beach for the dogs to run along at low tide, and so much nature to take in, between paddle boarding in the bay and early morning walks in the nearby nature preserve and Fresh Pond state park. -Easy access without being trapped in the crowds: Downtown Bethany or the state sPark beach is about a 10 minute ride, and Dewey and Rehoboth are only 10-15 minutes past that. And, whether you’re getting coffee in the morning or dinner in the evening, there are nearby restaurants that don’t fill up as quickly because they’re not in the middle of everything. There’s even a little brewery just down the road—maybe a 15-minute walk or 5 minutes bike ride. Also: the Hockers grocery store right down the road is good and MUCH LESS CROWDED than the bigger ones on 26.So, two thumbs up!"

"Clean, spacious and well equipped house with lovely views of the beach. The large covered deck and balconies with comfortable seating made it easy to enjoy the view. Owners and local agent were pleasant to work with and responded quickly to questions and requests. Five bedrooms have attached bathrooms and the sixth is a small room between the two king bedrooms with a day bed suitable for a child. We appreciated the umbrellas, beach chairs and toys provided with the house."

"Fantastic property for our family with kids, grandparents, and dogs. The home was beautiful and had everything we needed for a fun beach trip including beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys. The Bethany Beach boardwalk, Rehoboth Beach boardwalk, and many restaurants were extremely close by and a very nice grocery store was right up the road. The community is beautiful and extremely quiet. We will definitely consider staying again next trip!"

"My family of five had a fantastic time at this clean, quiet and surprisingly roomy gem tucked away in a friendly neighborhood just off Rt. 26. It was within walking distance of the bustle of the town (restaurants, shops, boardwalk) but just far enough to be away from it and simply relax. We used the residential beach pass to drive to the beach every day, which was a snap. But the pool, natural surroundings, porch and togetherness we felt in the family room made it just as easy to chill at home if we wanted. My pooches very much liked it here as well, enjoying the nice walks. I should mention that Gabrielle was super communicative whenever we had a question. I could go on about all the things we loved here, but I’ll close by saying that my 17 year old son said this was the best vacation he ever had - and it’s hard for me to argue with that."

"This house was perfect! My family was very impressed with the space and the backyard views of the lake. We had a great time.Check in and out was super smooth and Thuy was great with communication before, during, and after our stay. We would definitely stay again!"

"Excellent family vacation home; getting to community pool was easy, just across the lake on boardwalk. Very safe within gated community for children riding bikes or walking. Fed the Canadian geese in the morning, turtles and fish in pond. Yard was great for yard games. House was just as photos suggested and pool table was a big hit in our family. We had 6 adults, two teens, 3 small children and an infant. Very satisfied with quality and price paid. Well worth the linen service option."
