Perfect location if you’re going to a concert at the Palladium. Brand new property with restaurants close by. Friendly staff and everything was so clean! Will stay here again for sure!

Stayed there during an exhibition at Koelnmesse. The hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious. It takes about 15-20 minutes total time to get to Koelnmesse from hotel via walking to the train station then takin the train.

Really great hotel, a little off the beaten track but worth the trek. S-Bahn stop is about a 10 minute walk away, and from there it's only 2 stops to Cologne Central Station. The room was terrific -- very clean and bigger than what you normally find in a standard European hotel, with a double bed (two singles together) and even an actual bathtub. WiFi is free of charge with a solid signal. Check in and check out were fast and easy and there's 24 hour front desk access.

Rooms were Clean, Very comfortable and staff was amazing.

The hotel offered the very best experience for my family. Staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. Atrium is amazing. Location right on the Rhine, near the old city and walking zone. Room was very clean. Some items are dated. Fitness center is small and basic but enough to get a workout done. Nice little pool, sauna and steam room. The Belvedere restaurant is very nice with wonderful views of the Rhine and the church. We enjoyed our stay and would return.

Super chic, room is well thought out for layout and nice view of the Church of St.Ursula. Also located in central area close to Koln Trainstation.

Clean and comfortable room across the street from the magnificent cathedral. Easy walking to restaurants, cafes and stores. Perfect for anyone arriving by train and wanting to be in the old town area.
