"We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at the Innside and would definitely recommend it. The staff was very kind and helpful and the room was a good size and modern, nice view of the city. The location was easy to get to from the Piccadilly train station by either bus or tram. It was a great location if attending a match or tour at Old Trafford. Walkable to a lot of restaurants and the Science museum which our kids enjoyed. We did breakfast at the hotel which we had prebooked and it was great as well. Buffet style with lots of options. The hotel restaurant was nice and worked out well for dinner too. "

"We stayed at the Dakota Hotel for our anniversary and while the hotel itself is undeniably stylish, there were a few disappointing aspects that didn’t match the standard being presented. The interiors are beautiful and the overall atmosphere is lovely, especially for a special occasion. The room was clean and comfortable, and staff were polite and welcoming. However, the parking was a let-down. The car park felt quite scruffy and poorly maintained, and having to pay extra for it didn’t feel justified given the condition and the price point of the hotel. More importantly, the lack of basic amenities was surprising. There were no robes, slippers, toothbrushes, toothpaste, or even a hair dryer provided. For a hotel that markets itself as luxury, these are fairly standard expectations and their absence was noticeable. Overall, while the hotel looks the part, it doesn’t fully deliver on the details you’d expect at this level. With a few improvements, it could be a much better experience."

"The street was rather noisy (not the the hotel’s fault ) bed not that comfortable payed for breakfast unfortunately it didn’t start till 8 so couldn’t have it due to running the marathon"

"When checking in, I was told I had been allocated a room in the adjoining building, which as someone who had just had spinal surgery, the extra walking didn’t suit me at all. After they found me a room in the main building, I discovered it had an extra 2 beds in it, which left not a lot of room space. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room and I had to go down to the bar to get a coffee to take back to my room. Not good ! Bed was comfortable enough and tv worked. Best thing if the stay was the shower, it was outstanding. Don’t think I would stay there again 🤔"
