"The location is great for a winter getaway. Very close to downtown West Jefferson. About 50 mins to Grayson Highlands and the wild horses and great hiking. We also explored Rendezvous State Park and Mount Jefferson State Park. Loved how there was a basket of blankets for our pup for the furniture. She sure did feel welcome! The cabin was very homey and welcoming. The kitchen was very well stocked. The only thing I would request is some cabinet space for groceries. Our host Jeff was very easy to work with, quick to respond to emails and questions."
