"Room was beautiful so was the bathroom but the water in the tub was hardly pouring out for us. This could’ve just been an “our room” problem. But everything else was spectacular."

"The property is unfortunately in a rough neighborhood and may not be safe at times to leave the hotel and walk around. The staff are friendly and helpful. The WIFI is good. Restaurant food is good. The maid service was not good. They didnt listen to instructions well,would gorget soap, or towels, or remove our water and not replace it."

The front desk attendant was especially friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful during check-in, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. Although we didn't get a room with a balcony, we were still very pleased with the accommodations. Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Dallas Premier to anyone looking for excellent service, comfortable rooms, and a great overall experience."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Ciala Resort. The grounds are lovely. The rooms are comfortable. The food is good and the staff are EXCELLENT (kind, thoughtful and attentive). We were in Kisumu for a wedding and didn’t spend much time at the property, but in the moments we had we enjoyed the pool and the gym. Breakfast was good with both local and international choices. Dinner was better. Unfortunately, on our last day my son got sick. The staff were so helpful. It was early in the morning before the infirmary opened, but Pauline at the front desk called the nurse and gave us tender care. Vincent was also amazing. Should we return to Kisumu we will definitely stay at Ciala Resort."
