"Everything was off. I booked online but when I got there there was no room reserved for me. They improvised a smaller room than what I had paid for without any remorse. The front desk didn't even try to hide it that they hadn't booked a room for me. The room had a stench from the shower drainage system, and another guest at my arrival was complaining of the same. "The guest arrived at the hotel and was informed that they did not have the reservation and they were already sold out. We had to make alternative arrangements for the guest to be hosted at a nearby hotel called Itibo Resort. The experience was very terrible and regrettable in view of the executive that was being hosted and the inconvenience caused."
