No decaf coffee offered (but the Yemeni coffee shop 2 blocks away was AWESOME). "Truly such a great stay. The home itself is cute and has amenities a step above what I’ve experienced at most other stays. Having a private parking spot helped tremendously too.I also booked this spot for its proximity to Butler. Only a half a block away, we had a coffee shop, amazing bar, corner store carry out, and any type of food you could want. This place is great to go out for nightlife and still only a 10-15 minute drive to any of the amazing museums in town."

"Inside was unique - small but fine for the 2 of us Furnace not working on our arrival - did not realize until later that night when it got really cold - didnt sleep first night. Chad was quick to respond with space heaters and getting the furnace running. Should probably verify the furnace before every winter rental start. Parking was very difficult - especially on Saturday nights when apparently outsiders come to Lawrenceville to Party and park in the neighborhood. Ended up damaging my rental...
