"Clean room. Comfy bed. Helpful staff. Nice pool, wish it stayed open later than 9pm but understand. My biggest problem was the toilet- it wouldn’t flush properly. Having to flush 2+ times. Scary thinking I would flood the room. Parking on site was an issue too. WiFi box wasn’t working the first day but I knew how to reset it. Overall, great 3-night stay and would stay again."

"Unit was clean and large. In the evening, we were able to enjoy the sunset over the ocean from our terrance. Bed was comfortable. Pillows could be firmer. Kitchen has a dishwasher, standard drip coffee maker, dinnerware, and cooking utensils. If you need a water kettle, ask for one. There's an in-unit washing machine and dryer with two starter packs of detergent. Bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion. Room key wristbands were super helpful as we're coming in and out with a bunch of things. We didn't even have to use our room key card once. Ample amount of parking. No room cleaning service, but they will pickup up used towels and provide fresh clean towels upon requests. They only come after your stay in to clean in between bookings. They will aggressively but kindly push you to attend the time-share property presentation to receive X amount of free nights at limited US locations. Make sure to carefully read the terms sent to your email as missing the presentation carries consequences. I recommend this as a good value resort."

"Had a beautiful time. The ocean front rooms were incredible views. The location was a perfect walking distance to so many places. The lagoon was a perfect safe ocean space for not the beat swimmers. The only complaints are the shower water was either hot or cold very hard to use. The bed was uncomfortable and The door to the patio was very hard to open. And luau was over priced for what it was. I appreciated that they cleaned our room every day and any call we had they would being up what we asked for."

"I stay here at least four days a year. It's convenient. The Ocean view is beautiful. It is getting a little worn. Housekeeping did not clean our room for three days. I had to call them. Not sure if it was poor communication with the housekeepers about room schedules. One housekeeper told me she cleans every room every day. The front desk says every other. Again, they just forgot about us. The gym is very minimal, very minimal. Okay, if you only want to use a treadmill. Two mats, and they were both old and dirty. Food is okay. Why do I stay here? Because all in all, it's right in Kona Village. Easy access to a beach. Kona Boys rentals right there. Cute pool atmosphere. And the people who have been there for a while are great."

"We were originally planning to stay here for 3 nights but ended up extending to 5 due to a hurricane affecting our plans to visit the other side of the island. Teresa at the front desk was very helpful in helping us extend our stay and ensure we kept the same room. We had booked an Ocean View room but they’d upgraded us to Oceanfront at check in which was really appreciated as well. Our kids loved the stay at the hotel, spending hours playing in the pool. The water slide is pretty slow but nice to have. I really appreciated the self serve laundry room near our room, with a microwave available, and also the boiling water dispenser by the lobby. We didn’t end up eating at the hotel restaurants and saved money by eating in our rooms. The store on site even had reheatable food options. It was a shame the gaming room with the pool table and arcade machines was never open during our stay, but it was nice for our kids to play outdoors anyway. Parking was easy, sometimes the room key wristband didn’t make the barrier open or close but you could just press ‘Assistance’ and they would open the gate for you. Would be great if there was still the manta ray night viewing restaurant, but you have to take a tour to do that now. Handy walk down tho."

"we loved our stay! The staff was very accommodating! If we didn't understand how something worked, for example, putting out the trash, they were very patient with us. Anytime we ask for something, it was given to us right away!"

"Beautiful condo and convenient washer and dryer inside the condo itself. We had a partial ocean view and it was absolutely breathtaking. Very close to so many places and only 30min from the airport"
