"Nice place, good location in very quit neighborhood. Some small improvements could be made with what the rental cost is. Like picnic tables unable to be sat at due to rotting, replacement of a couple sticking sliding doors and more than 1 shuffle board stick with all parts that could be found in unorganized shed. All said nice place would stay again, but small fixes would go along way"

"The house was very clean, well stocked and centrally located. Quick easy drive to the beach. The house had lots of beach stuff for us to use and games in the garage to keep the kids busy.
