Convenient location to the Town Center and Harbour areas. Staff did not seem as happy or helpful as staff on previous visits (this visit 21-24 September 2026). Mattress feels very hot and sticky overnight, but comfortable. Nice touch to leave local snack and drink if you do not need daily housekeeping. Good breakfast. Will visit again - just hope the staff are a bit happier next time

The staffs are kind and helpful, specially Allan gave us some usual guidance to visit the town The room and bathroom are right size for 2 guests and clean. The bed is comfy, warm. The location is walkable to the pier, the downtown, safe, convenient for all needs. The breakfast is good, healthy with plenty of fruits, various kind of breads, high quality of tea…etc… Our family of 5 occupy 3 rooms. We like it, may come back in spring. Honfleur is pittoresque in winter but very cold

I had booked two rooms - one double room and one room with 2 single beds. When we arrived at 2pm the double room for my elderly aunt and uncle was not available and they made them sleep in a room with two singles. They told me it was not possible for housekeeping to make the change. No explanation given other than housekeeping had already gone home. It was frustrating as this booking was made long in advance. I dont ever get the feeling that bookings make on Expedia are given a priority. In fact, I am always treated worse when booking with Expedia than if I had booked directly with the hotel myself. Its just hard to find a hotel on my own so I keep going back to Expedia although each time I am frustrated with the restrictions of the booking or the lack of service I receive. Making any changes through Expedia is a nightmare,

Nice clean hotel near to restaurants

Perfect location right smack in centre of historic district of Honfleur. Paid parking is just outside hotel but subject to availability as it is public car park. Many restaurants within walking distance of hotel. Breakfast is very good.

Two things stand out for me about this hotel. Firstly the rooms are bare. There are no cupboards or drawers and the space to use computers,etc is minimal. In the bathroom there are no amenities. I should point out however that there is free tea and coffee available in the lobby and a water fountain. However I’m sure most people like the idea of starting the day with a tea or coffee in the room before having their wash and getting dressed. This is a hotel which is innovative when it comes to room servicing. If you don’t want your room serviced (and most of the time it’s not necessary for a couple of days stay) there is a small pouch you hang on your door before 2am. When you bring it back in in the morning it contains a mix of gifts, in my case a small bottle of juice, a small pot of jam and some biscuits. Certainly a novel idea and more likely to get guests to pass on cleaning than hanging a card on the door.

Good central location. Nice Breakfast but the staff did not interact with customers and spent more time talking between themselves. Reception staff were helpful, approachable and friendly. Free hot drinks 1000-2200 and cold filter water 24 hours in reception. Bedroom was a good size. Shower was OK, but the mixer valve is not thermostatic and the water gets very hot ! Shower head has flow restrictor fitted, so water flow and pressure is poor. Bed was very comfortable, however, the top surface is fitted with material that made my back sweat every night (not normal for me). Windows are very good at keeping noise out but curtains did not keep light out as they did not go edge to edge (room 112) and there were lights immediately above the window. Annoying noise from bathroom air vent kept waking me up overnight. Overall good - I would stay here again.

I will never return to this hotel.

A Bare Bones place to sleep. Checking in is a nightmare as you have to park on the street unload your baggage walk it into the entrance and then there is no baggage carrier to use. I have to hand carry all my luggage into the elevator up to the floor and into the room. Tissues not provided.

Mooie locatie in het centrum. Wij hebben geheel Normandie doorkruist, de prijs is vrij hoog in vergelijking met andere vergelijkbare hotels. Maar ja , Honfleur is heel touriistisch en daar zijn deze prijzen heel gewoon.

Wir waren für eine Nacht dort. Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage, es ist nicht weit bis zum alten Hafen. Parkplätze gibt es direkt vor der Tür. Das Hotel ist modern eingerichtet, die Zimmer waren sauber und alles einem tadellosen Zustand. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und sehr gut.
