Best part is customer service ! Bruce Lui was the best employee helping and assisting in all my needs. Amazing this is the second time I stay there just because of the excellent service Bruce provided. Rooms are very spacious and all staff super nice .

The view was unbeatable. It's such a shame that the window glasses were not cleaned property, thereby damaging the view. But other than that, location is excellent, good quality amenities, super comfortable bed, and friendly staff. The free laundry facility was much appreciated. And as an Expedia gold member, my room got upgraded to the luxe harbour view king! Really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Will definitely stay here again next time I visit HK.

What a delight of a hotel--views are fabulous and staff was very helpful. Very clean rooms and nice Nespresso makers/coffee/cream in room. My room also had an amazing soaker tub (with a harbor view). Would certainly stay again!

Great views of Victoria Harbor. Very modern hotel. Free washer and dryer machines on the 5th floor. Very friendly staff. Close to public transport. Shower has plenty of water pressure. AC works perfectly. Overall 5 stars without a doubt.
