Great location, great staff at check in and help with bags, getting taxis etc. good for transport, shopping and dining. Housekeeping was very responsive to our needs like extension cord, extra towels. We always stay here when visiting Hong Kong

Overall day was fantastic. After a long flight and needing a hotel, it was a great choice. The staff was very helpful and the room was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Although my wife slept in, I went down to enjoy the breakfast, which was excellent. I would stay there again and would recommend anyone staying there. Thank you, Larry.

The breakfast buffet staff was lovely, however this time in my return stay I noticed a lot of the furnitures are really tired. As well as on my first night my pillow smells like cooking oil. And my hair dryer was extremely greasy. My bathroom the shower head’s tube is attached to sealing. Which was an extremely lazy fix. This hotel used to be a five star hotel and premium service everywhere. Now just doesn’t feels like it at all. I would had said it’s a 3 star. Not up to a Hong Kong 5 star standard hotel.

I chose this hotel because of its location at the Harry of Causeway Bay, easily accessible via MTR station beat and the shopping area nearby. But the whole premise is very outdated from the hiotel to ny to the elevators and the rooms. Glad I reserved a premier room in an higher floor which had a limited harbour view. I However, I think my room used to be a smoking room. The trace of smoky smell is all over the place the moment I opened the door, along with some other mail from old carpet. The drainage at the sink, bathtub and shower room was quite clogged. I could imagine the glamorous look this Hotel when I first opened over 30 years ago, The decors and lack of maintenance make it now look old. This could be a top choice for people stay in Causeway Bay, but it needs full renovation. I hope they can renovate it nicely, and I will not mind paying a premium for it.

Our go to hotel when in Hong Kong. Great location and you can find buses from Airport and near MTR too. Rooms are a little dated but more spacious compared to most hotels in Hong Kong.

Location was alright, walking distance to restaurants n local cafes. Staff did not inform us to pay a $500 deposit in order to use the phone to make local calls. Also when we were all dressed up to get taxi, going out to attend a wedding, no help was received to get taxi in. We waited for a while n eventually had to walked out of the Hotel to get Uber..

I stayed for five nights and six days. While the hotel is not new or especially modern, it was clean and well maintained. The spacious triangular bathtub was a particularly nice feature, providing a relaxing way to unwind after a long day. The housekeeping staff were consistently kind and helpful. However, if you plan to remain in your room after 9:00 a.m., I would recommend using the Do Not Disturb sign, as staff may stop by to ask whether you would like your towels replaced. One minor drawback was the noise from the neighboring room. It appeared that the guest next door was watching television late into the night, which was somewhat disruptive. Compared with other hotels, two features stood out: the distinctive bathtub and a separate filtered-water faucet at the sink, which made it reassuring to use tap water. The location is excellent, and I would gladly stay here again when visiting Hong Kong.
