Very nice hotel and staff was excellent, not sure why it had only 7 out of 10. I would definitely give it a solid 9.

It is a very convenient location that close to metro station and within 5 min walk. The place looks quite new inside and outside.

Service is superb. Everyone from the front desk, the concierge, the dining room, the cleaning crew, and maintenance works are extremely courteous and helpful.

Great service and location

The hotel provides a shuttle bus service to a convenient train station, where you can take the MTR into various areas of interest. The shuttle comes every 30 minutes or so for both pick up and drop off. We used it every single day that we were Hong Kong without any problems. The hotel also provides a free cell phone to use. There is a hotspot feature so you can connect your phone to it. You can also make free phone calls on it. The phone wasn't the most reliable. The hot spot didn't always...

Even though the hotel is located not in the city center but the hotel provides a shuttle service to n from subway station. This is definitely a plus. Will recommend other people to stay at this hotel.

This hotel was a pleasant experience. It is a decent walk away (1.5 km) from the Kwai Hing MTR station, but the hotel will also provide rides to Kwai Fong station and other notable locations. As foreigners, we mostly traveled to Central, Mong Kok, and Kowloon -- and being close to MTR was sufficient. The room itself was great and we thoroughly enjoyed it.
