"The hotel itself was pretty from the outside. Our view of the water and of the planes was really spectacular. The room, though, was super small and we found it difficult to move around. We travel a lot and are used to smaller rooms, but we were disappointed with this one. The staff at the counter and the bellman were really kind and friendly. After coming off a long flight, that was really appreciated. I think that next time, however, we will stay closer to Kowloon and perhaps pay a little more -- though the price of this room was not cheap -- so we don't have to always travel everywhere."
