"Mostly very clean, except sliding glass doors. Would have cleaned myself but no cleaning materials on site. Wanted to love this place. We have stayed in other units but were delighted to find a first floor unit. The good: well equipped, comfortable, plenty of towels, and beach stuff. Nice patio area. The bad: communication was awful. Don't know if the problem is with the owner or RedAwning. "The house was very accommodating. It features an open air main floor housing the kitchen, dining, and living room. With the large openings, we stayed cool and comfortable. A first floor bathroom was available. The house held many pool toys and beach toys in the main floor closet. The first level bedroom was accommodating and its were the elderly couple that joined us stayed. A/C worked great in all the rooms. The laundry on the main floor was a great feature. The second floor had two suites. First suite was comfortable and had its own bathroom. The second suite (second floor) was massive with two additional bedrooms. It had the best view from the balcony and held a family of 5 with ease.The house was clean and well stocked. The view of the rocks and ocean were breathtaking from the main floor and second. Third floor bedrooms had a beautiful 360 view and it was an awesome place to watch the fireworks. The pool was saltwater and temperature was perfect. While we didn’t use the hot tub much, it worked well and was accommodating. The property had plenty of space for our party of 9. The host answered questions in a timely manner. Make sure to walk to the seawall to the baby beach if you stay here. We did have the luxury of exploring the tide pools in front of the property before the tide was high. We discovered many life forms! Including crabs, snails, eels, and much more. The chefs kitchen was well stocked with appliances and we cooked many meals while on the island"

"Truly an oceanfront property! It was incredible to wake up to close-up views of the crashing waves. The kids had a blast in the tidal pools beside the home, as well as in the pool and on the rooftop while playing pool."

"Stunning location, right on the water. We loved watching the changing tides and beautiful sunsets. The pool was perfect for lap swimmers and for some pool games since it is a good depth. The communication from the start was efficient and Marco, the local property manager, was excellent, personable and very helpful. The house was pretty close to the photos, with the exception of a few pieces of furniture. You have a nice breeze when all the doors are open, but at night, we could close it up to have AC for sleeping. The bunk room works well for young children, but not so much for large teens. The beach close by was very pretty and convenient. We also used the services of Chef Ash one night. She prepared a multi course meal, and everything was delicious and she was a delight. I would recommend the house for future travelers."

"The El Niño waves were crashing against the shoreline, providing delightful background music our whole stay. Beds were very comfortable. The pool and deck were great! The living area plenty big for our whole crew. Kitchen was well stocked. There were spices and condiments, lots of towels and paper goods, plus closets full of pool/sand toys. Although they were working to replace an AC unit, they brought in portables and were very responsive to all questions. The golf cart was a big hit, easier to park downtown."
