"Mostly very clean, except sliding glass doors. Would have cleaned myself but no cleaning materials on site. Wanted to love this place. We have stayed in other units but were delighted to find a first floor unit. The good: well equipped, comfortable, plenty of towels, and beach stuff. Nice patio area. The bad: communication was awful. Don't know if the problem is with the owner or RedAwning. "Stunning location, right on the water. We loved watching the changing tides and beautiful sunsets. The pool was perfect for lap swimmers and for some pool games since it is a good depth. The communication from the start was efficient and Marco, the local property manager, was excellent, personable and very helpful. The house was pretty close to the photos, with the exception of a few pieces of furniture. You have a nice breeze when all the doors are open, but at night, we could close it up to have AC for sleeping. The bunk room works well for young children, but not so much for large teens. The beach close by was very pretty and convenient. We also used the services of Chef Ash one night. She prepared a multi course meal, and everything was delicious and she was a delight. I would recommend the house for future travelers."

"The El Niño waves were crashing against the shoreline, providing delightful background music our whole stay. Beds were very comfortable. The pool and deck were great! The living area plenty big for our whole crew. Kitchen was well stocked. There were spices and condiments, lots of towels and paper goods, plus closets full of pool/sand toys. Although they were working to replace an AC unit, they brought in portables and were very responsive to all questions. The golf cart was a big hit, easier to park downtown."

"What an amazing 5 days!!! It was so hard to leave! I had looked at the property pictures so much online prior to our trip that when we arrived it was just surreal that I was actually there standing in the house I had viewed on line so often! LOL! The sunsets did not disappoint! Great location and amenities, from beach chairs, beach towels, and snorkel gear, to kitchen cookware supplies. Just an absolutely beautiful property! The host was so quick to respond to any questions I had prior to our arrival, and the directions for use of the house once we arrived was outlined well! We couldn't have asked for anything more!"
