"This property is a truly gem, in it was the perfect spot for me to rest, re-energize and use as home-base for island adventures! Heidi and Dan were delightful and made my stay seamless; breakfast was delicious and nutritious, while the simple fact that you live on a coffee farm is unbelievable! Thank you for everything!"

Beautiful Pool with Stunning Ocean and Sunset Views

Wonderful place for our family vacation

"The house was close to the airport (a plus since we had early flights out), near the beaches and the downtown area, and about a half-hour drive to resort golf courses. It was clean and had a spacious, open floor plan for gathering. We had ample room for meal prep, serving, and eating at the roomy counter with barstools. Seating in the living area was comfy and adequate. There were three bedrooms, a bed, and a pull-out sofa for plenty of sleeping areas. Three screened sliding doors, windows, and ceiling fans kept the house cool and comfortable. The outdoor shower helped keep sand from getting into the house after trips to the beach. The big patio had long tables and chairs for dining al fresco and a comfy rattan seating space. The BBQ area was another small gathering place with a table and rattan benches, so the cook wasn't left out of the fun. The pool was a nice alternative to the beach when we wanted to have water fun without sand or leaving the house. We appreciated the washer and dryer. Beach towels, pool toys, and sunblock were available, too. Janie, the host, was friendly, responsive, and professional, and made our stay smooth and easy. If you plan to visit Kona, we highly recommend this property for spacious, comfortable, and relaxing lodging."

"This place was close to many attractions in the area, very nice pool and outside yard with plenty of room for 10 of us. I really have nothing bad to say about this bnb. We all really enjoyed our selfs."

Stunning Ocean Views + Designer Designed Kona Home

Fantastic property!

"Beautiful! Very clean, roomy, and inviting. Beds are super comfortable with top notch bedding. The closets are roomy and come with plenty of hangers. Large living area with great furnishings. The kitchen is beautiful. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the sunset. Although beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, and a little soft-sided cooler are available, chairs are older, one of the umbrellas was broken (which we didn't find out until trying to set it up on the beach), and the cooler was ripped. Boogie boards were great. Still, we loved our stay and would definitely stay here again."

"Where to start?! The pictures, which are nothing short of amazing, still do not do this home justice. Every nook and cranny has been considered, making every room a place you just want to cozy up in. With 8 adults and 3 children, there was plenty of space to never feel cramped. The host is as amazing as the property itself, prompt to respond and offer tips and recommendations. The pool is solar heated. You must request the hot tub to be heated each day of your stay in advance and that takes a few hours. It also auto shuts off after 4 hours. So, that takes some planning on your end to ensure it is ready when you would like it to be; but, it was doable. The home is stocked with nearly everything you need at the home and for the beach- so no need to overpack! I can't thank the owner enough for contributing to such a memorable family vacation. "
