The room had an odor, most likely from the old carpet. Overall though, the location was really good, the mountain view was amazing. It was close to a lot of good food and shopping options, and we appreciated having access to a full kitchen with included utensils and kitchenware. Would stay again.

The room was clean. Friendly staff were at the front desk. The balcony has a very beautiful view of the ocean. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. There are many shops and restaurants nearby. I sincerely recommend this hotel.

Easy check in. Each floor has its own laundry room & trash chute. Housekeeping was nice and offered more towels on our first day. Very tidy & had the corner room so it was a mix of both ocean & city.

I've been coming to this island and staying at this hotel for over 15 years. My last visit was 2024 and I had no complaints. However, this trip, the room did not meet my expectations. The room was not fresh, carpet was stained and looked & felt dirty. The couch looked also worn down as well as the furniture. The bedroom dresser was missing knobs. The light switches were not connected to the lamps in addition one of the lamp shades was damaged, a very obvious dent. The lobby also looked worn in torn nothing like I remember from my very first time visiting this hotel so many years ago. I truly hope that they get it together because I really don't want to stay at any other hotel this is the best hotel location!

Great property overall. Although this isn't directly on the waterfront, it is only a short walk. Being out of the center of the hustle and bustle of central Waikiki was very nice. Property is a bit older, but having a kitchen and a full bedroom for our week stay was priceless. We would definitely return and definitely recommend.

The place is in a good area , close to the beach stores a restaurants . The room is a little dated , clean in the inside but the balcony was dirty you don’t even want to touch anything . A good view of diamond head on one side and all clutter when you look at your room windows . Staff were nice and check in was smooth .
