You'll love the convenience of being just a stroll away from the International Market Place mall, a variety of restaurants, the Honolulu Zoo, the Waikiki Aquarium, exciting luaus, and captivating dinner cruises. Plus, don't forget to check out the fantastic Saturday farmers market behind Diamond Head.

For your comfort and ease, this studio is equipped with split air conditioning, an open layout featuring a queen-size bed, 2 bedside tables with lamps, a comfy reclining futon sofa, a 43" Samsung Smart TV, a dining table with 2 chairs, and a dresser. The lanai is furnished with a table and 2 chairs, perfect for enjoying the Hawaiian breeze. In the kitchenette, you'll find a stove top with 2 hot plates (no oven), a microwave, a mini refrigerator, a toaster, a coffee maker, dishes, silverware, and basic cooking utensils. We also provide wireless high-speed INTERNET and cable TV at no extra cost!

All linens and towels are provided. You also have easy access to coin-operated laundry facilities which are located in the building.

Heading to the beach? We've got you covered with beach essentials which include beach towels, 2 beach chairs, and a cooler bag.

Bamboo's ground floor offers a relaxing oasis with a beautiful pool surrounded by lush tropical plants, a hot tub, picnic tables, a comfy lobby area, and a handy coin-operated coffee machine.

The lobby is open 24/7, and remember, all taxes and fees are already included in our price.

PARKING:
There is optional parking in the hotel (depending on availability) for an additional $30 per day. It's first come first serve. When you arrive park on the driveway loading zone and go to the front desk to check availability and purchase the parking pass.

HOW TO GET HERE:
From Honolulu Airport, it is just a 20-minute drive from your destination. Rent a car to explore or grab a taxi for around $45, depending on traffic. Look for signs on the way to the taxi area upon arrival. Enjoy your trip!

Regarding early check-ins or late checkouts, we're unable to confirm those requests at the moment. If you'd like to ensure you can either check in early or check out late, we'd suggest booking an extra night. In such cases, please reach out to Midway Vacations, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

STARTER SUPPLIES:
We provide a welcome starter supply kit stocked with - one pack of coffee grounds, coffee filters, toilet paper, paper towel, tissue, can liners, salt & pepper, spray oil, laundry detergent, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and bar soap. Please note that this is only a starter supply to make sure you have everything you need upon arrival.

HOUSEKEEPING:
Our professional housekeeping team has strict procedures and checklists to guarantee constant quality across all our properties. All linens and towels are professionally cleaned with scent-free detergent and high-temperature washing (180F). Our trained inspectors also check everything before each arrival.

The cleaning fee includes all of the services listed above and restocking for amenities after each departure. There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.

LINENS & TOWELS:
You will receive one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, washcloth, beach towel) per guest. Beds are equipped with a fitted sheet, two flat sheets, and a blanket. Linens for the sleeper sofa are on the sofa mattress, and pillows and blankets are in the closet.

LAUNDRY ROOM:
There is a coin-operated laundry facility located on the 4th floor. A single pack of laundry detergent is provided in your starter supply kit.

TRASH ROOM:
The trash bins are located on each floor.

Experience even greater savings! Reach out to us when planning a stay of 30 nights or more, and enjoy a 10% discount on your total room fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that reimburses for prepaid, non-refundable expenses that may arise due to unforeseen circumstances that could jeopardize your vacation investment and would otherwise incur unplanned expenses as well. It was easy to rent this property through VRBO. Great location & easy walk to the beach as well as buses. The entire process from booking, paying & checkin was smooth. The communication with The agent was prompt & to the point.

Beautiful private garden and small pool tucked behing the hotel flanked by palm trees. Clean, nice lobby, friendly staff. The downside was that it was street-noisy as its on a busy street with construction going on near by.

the advantages of the hotel are a nice lobby, a beautiful backyard with a nice pool, restaurant and plants,there is a very pleasant atmosphere, especially in the evening, close to the beach and waikiki walk street, many different stores nearby, safe to walk in the evening. the disadvantages are only my room, but for my little money I got everything for a stay with two kids.The hotel's advice is to pay more attention to the cleanliness of the bed linen and the bathroom, even if it is a cheap room, and you can also add instructions on how to access the laundry, etc., for people who do not understand English very well

Happy to come back to Waikiki

The room was smaller than the pictures show but it was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We were happy that it didn’t have carpet as we did have to sweep up the sand daily even though we were careful trying not to bring sand into the room. The AC system was wonderful and kept us comfortable at night. There was everything we needed in the kitchenette to make breakfasts and lunches. The hotel itself is old but the staff were friendly and helpful and we met other people who have been coming to the Bamboo for years. Overall it was a great trip and we were very happy to make it back to Waikiki after three years due to Covid.

Satisfied with the room

We were satisfied with the room. It is a typical noisy city location and view, so you may need to keep sliding door shut at night. The mini fridge freezer compartment needs a door so it does frost up so quickly. The vinyl flooring is starting to lift in places. A knob was still missing from the hot plate after three weeks. The shower knobs do not to keep the temperature constant. The beach chairs should be replaced as the zippers are corroded. The washers and dryers are not found on the sixth floor and require a credit card not coins. Other minor problems were quickly fixed by the on-site staff. The lobby and pool area are very nice and well maintained. The staff is helpful and friendly.

Great location but the bathroom needs an upgrade.

We booked the suite for our family of three and it was an ideal size for two adults and one 5 year old. The suite comes with a kitchenette and all kitchen supplies. The only disappointment was the bathroom. Once we arrived and open the bathroom door, the entire room was steamy like a sauna. the bath tub hot water knob was on and wouldn’t close. We couldn’t figure out a way to turn the water on so none of us could take a shower after our long day of travel. We contacted the management company and they got back to us the next day but advised they couldn’t come to repair the bath until the end of the week (we arrived on Monday and they couldn’t come until Friday). We finally managed to turn on the hot water and opt out from their offer to come fix it on Friday as they will need to interrupt our stay for at least 3 hours. They never offered any alternative to stay in a different suite or compensation so we just lived with the hot water issue. The tub doesn’t close and we can keep the bathroom door close as that will make the bathroom all steamy and everything wet. We had to bare the loud water running noise every night. Regular maintenance check of the property is needed as it was obvious the issue was noticeable during their room cleaning prior to our arrival. We really liked the location and the amenities but just not the old bathroom that desperately needed repair and better commitment to getting it fix for us in a timely manner without interrupting our stay.

Not Clean!

There were marks on the wall that rubbed off, black mold growing on the ceiling over the shower, dirt on the floor, and there was construction happening that was not listed until the day before arrival.
