"Everything was great we really enjoyed our stay. Very clean, everyone was friendly. One issue that needs to be addressed… the elevators. The system is very inefficient. We waited sometimes 8-10 min to find an elevator to take us down. Other than that no concerns at all"

"Our room was super clean, as was the whole property, which is a lot more than I for most of Honolulu. The staff was great. Tiny bathroom and a ton of road noise at all hours on Ala Moana Boulevard are my only gripes. If I were to stay again I would definitely request a room on the other side of the building."
