Staff were very nice, the greeting was lovely with pineapple juice, and the breakfast was great although not a lot of seating. Location is close to the beach and shops. It's not accessible at all for anyone in a wheelchair because there are 3 steps down to the main entrance from the street with no ramp. Drop off/pick up from rideshares is hard, there's absolutely no space to pull over unless you block the street or the ramp to the parking lot. There was black mold in multiple areas on the ceiling of the shower, probably because there's no fan in the washroom. I've never seen a smaller "suite". All in all, its functional, good breakfast, nothing fancy or special.

Excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast with tea/coffee/water available 24/7, beach towels, chairs and umbrellas provided by the hotel which is great. Small rooms and outdated, they can use a fresh coat of paint, the biggest draw is the noise coming thru the very poorly (un)insulated windows and thru the AC unit mounted in the window however, the rooms are good insulated to each other though as I've never heard any neighbor noise throughout our stay.

My stay was average overall. The room was comfortable, but there were a few issues that affected the experience. The breakfast was very repetitive, with almost the same options every day, so it quickly became boring. The parking was also quite expensive compared to other hotels. In addition, the room had a noticeable musty smell coming from the air conditioning, which made it feel less fresh and comfortable. I hope the hotel can address these issues, as they would make a big difference for future guests.

This hotel is located in a good area if you are planning on spending most of your time at Waikiki beaches. It’s a direct two block walk to the Duke statue and close to shops and restaurants including the International Marketplace. The rooms are simple, reminding me more of a dorm room. Outdated, and our room was musty due to ac unit and windows were so dirty on outside our view of the ocean wasn’t magical. But we were on the go most of the time, so as a place to sleep, it was fine and bed was comfy. The employees were all friendly and helpful, especially the valets. The amenities fee was, I felt, too much as well as the valet parking but probably comparable to other places nearby. Amenities were continental breakfast (meh, but free), there may have been a fitness center but no pool. They did have beach chairs, towels and sunscreen. The vibe downstairs makes it feel boutique, but that doesn’t match the room. Seems to have a lot of European guests. Overall it was fine for our needs.

The hotel is a short walk to the beach and the main shopping area is kyst 5 minutes away. The staff are are polite and helpful. The breakfast was awesome with a good variety of foods to eat. The hotel is smaller than most of the hotels around and it shoes in the laid back atmosphere. The decor could be updated in the rooms but overall it was an enjoyable stay.

I did not expect to love this hotel so much. The staff were always helpful and welcoming from the front desk to valet and from the workers at the breakfast buffet. Which was always stocked and had fresh fruit and good hot foods and bread. When we first checked in our room smelled like cigarretes and was a little run down and when we asked to switch rooms Roger at front desk was very helpful and gave us a cleaner more spacious room. The free rent use of beach chairs, beach towels, totes and floaties which you can grab yourself and would need to use your room key to enter the storage were super convenient, you just have to return them by the bins at front desk after use. The location of the hotel is perfect. Its very close to the beach just a 2 min walk. And also close alot of other restaurants and stores. Overall i would stay again at this hotel!
