"Clean comfortable room, and very friendly and helpful staff. The bagel bar and continental breakfast was nice to have before heading out in the morning. Only 10 min or so to the TVC airport, and it's located near a decaying mall with some chain restaurants if you don't want to travel into the downtown area"

"The check in was weird. I paid extra for an early check in and got my your room is ready text. Walked into the housekeeper cleaning the room. Waited an extra 30 Min outside the room to get in. She did a great job and rushed the best she could. I’m sure there were other rooms already cleaned I could have been assigned too. Clean and comfortable property."

"Be aware that parking is not on site!!! And adds significant cost and inconvenience. Also be aware this is a virtual experience, and the people you may end up speaking with are not in this country. Check in is quite involved ; uploading drivers license, selfie, etc. It was terrible trying to find parking from instructions. Once I figured all this out, which was really frustrating, I’d be fine with the next virtual experience with Kasa, and I might consider it. Younger generations will find it easier. Not the place to stay for older folks who aren’t comfortable with technology or walking for parking. On the positive side, it was a beautiful place! Actually it was an apartment; not a hotel room, which was not what I expected."
