"This place is perfect for local get away with family. Towels are not provided and you fix your own bedding and remove them when you check out. You also have to clean the place and put away your garbage. This accommodation is not good if you traveling outside the country . Check in is 4 pm beyond and check out is 10 am. Due to my husband health we able to vacate the place around 11 am and I have to pay 35 euros extra plus 17 euros for the rent of the towels. Traveling from California to all over...

"Excellent location close to a quiet and pleasant town, the suite was very clean and has everything you need to spend your vacation in a good way."

"This is a great place to stay! There is a very good restaurant on the grounds, a heated indoor pool, playgrounds and you get your own “tiny home” with a small patio. We could park right in front of our home. It’s a 10 min drive to the Noordwjik Beach, 45 min to Rotterdam Zoo, 30 min to Leiden, 35 min to The Hague. This is the place to stay if you want something different from a hotel room but more than an AirBnB. The staff all spoke English. We loved the bread man coming every morning and so did...

"Nice and quiet hotel. Room was nice and clean. Staff were helpful. We were able to check in early. The shower room was very open so it got all wet after one person took a shower. Also, hotel does not offer paper towel and paper tissues in the room. "

"The July is a comfortable, clean, modern hotel in a quiet residential section of town. The hotel restaurant is good. Outside seating options make for a pleasant meal or cocktail. The staff is polite and attentive. Getting to and from the hotel to sights and restaurants is always a taxi or Uber. Nothing is within walking distance. Expect $15 to $20 for each ride by Uber. Taxis are mych more and should be avoided. "
