"We had a fantastic 3 night stay here for a family wedding which was in nearby location. Our room was spotlessly clean and well appointed with a huge walk in wardrobe and a decent supply of hangers. "This was truly an “Pub with and Inn” experience. The Cat in the Custard is the hub of this small Cotswold village, so we felt like travelers in time. Our room was in the eaves and very tiny so we moved to a larger one - both were lovely. The food is very good, and the breakfast hot and plentiful. "

"We had a very lovely twin room. The room contained every facility you could wish for, and some. The food in the restaurant (including breakfast) was superb and the service throughout the hotel was second to none. Wanted to bring my husband next time for his birthday but the date is limited to a two night stay so very disappointed that this time, I can’t. "

"What a find. I will be back. I loved this pub and rooms. Beautifully presented and decorated. Food for dinner and breakfast was great. I loved all the candles and furnishings and the fire lit on a slightly chilly morning at breakfast was lovely. I’d definitely recommend the bell inn. Parking is on the streets near by so as long as mindful of residents it really isn’t an issue. It a very quiet village "

Food in the tipi was also great, would have liked to have seen some more sweet breakfast and healthy options though. "Bedrooms lovely but tight around beds. but en-suites quite roomy. So easy for different groups to do different things in the huge barn dinning/kitchen/lounge. Our 4 and 6 aged grand sons loved the space and outdoors games. Trampoline, football, table tennis etc. Google the grinding barn for easy location guidance as 3 of our 4 cars struggled with the given directions."
