A hotel room should be a clean, secure environment, and encountering a rodent raises significant concerns about overall cleanliness and maintenance. I was also traveling with my child, which makes this situation even more concerning. I have no way of knowing what the rodent may have touched or contaminated within the room, and this created additional stress and worry about our health and safety. This situation caused considerable discomfort and distress, and it has significantly impacted my stay.
