"Hotel itself was great. This is otherwise a 5/5 hotel but the only reason I had to deduct a star was because in the bathroom of my hotel room, the previous guest appeared to have shaved and pieces of hair were left all over the bottom of the sink where the towels are placed. I usually clean my hotel rooms each time I stay somewhere but I just found it to be annoying that it wasn’t attended to sooner. Other than that the hotel is very modern and clean. Located right next to the Legacy Museum which I highly recommend visiting! Breakfast was okay. Staff at the front desk were very kind and helpful."

"It's a nice place and the surroundings are peaceful and safe there. But there is only one staff at that day and all the service need to wait a little longer than expected. But the room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful."

"Room was clean and staff was very helpful. The 1st room we were given had no hot water but staff promptly assigned us another room . We loved the room and the surrounding casino and restaurants and will definitely be back at some point."

"Televisions only had 2 working stations. Young lady at the front desk told that someone would come to fix the tv’s and they never came. Waited at the front desk for 10 minutes to check out because the person on duty had gone outside for some reason and the rest of the staff had no clue where she was nor did they seem real concerned about helping."

"This property is very beautiful. The updated decor inside of the lobby draws you in immediately. From check in to breakfast and even refreshments in the evening, the staff was amazing! There was an issue with my room, and it was handled with speed and professionalism. The staff was always very courteous and full of smiles. We stayed on the 7th floor with a wonderful view of Union Station and the River. It was the Fourth of July. So, it was perfect to view the fireworks! Breakfast is awesome!! There were so many choices and great quality. I especially loved the speed and hospitality of the man that made my omelette. HE DESERVES EVERY TIP HE GETS!! Do be prepared to pay for parking. It is $25 for the lot. Handicap parking is paid through the city, and you have to do it on a QR code. Also, note that the beds are full-size beds, not queen size if you have double beds in the room. That may make for an issue with larger adults or older teens sharing a bed."

"We had reserved a room with a roll in shower. When we arrived the young lady at the desk didn’t see the request and put us in a regular room. I explained that my husband was on a walker and had difficulty stepping over into a tub. She immediately searched and located a room for us and made the switch. All the while apologizing for the oversight. I assured her it was perfectly ok. Once settled in our room I had to go back out to retrieve an item I had left in our van and as I came back in she again asked if everything met our needs and to let her know if we needed anything else. I shared this info with manager next morning as well."
