"This place is falling apart. Parking lots was half dirt and the other half chunks of concrete. The front desk guy gave me a room that was already occupied. Went up to the room and the door was open. I looked in and someone was already there. It also looked filthy which was representative of the rest of the property. I was totally uncomfortable staying there so I went down the road and booked somewhere else. Front desk refused to give me a refund. I do not know why Hotels.com even lists this property. I have booked numerous time with you and this is by far the worst experience ever. "

"Nice location right off of I-20. New steakhouse opening right next door. Room on 3rd floor had suffered water infiltration and the popcorn ceiling had peeled off in places. The hotel pool was filled in with dirt, probably to cut expenses."
