"Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen.Das Meer ist so nahe, daß man es hören kann und nicht bis 10 zählen muss um am Wasser zu sein.Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet.Besonders den Wintergarten haben wir geliebt, mit seinen hohen Scheiben und den Glastüren, die man ganz aufschieben kann und die schöne Terasse mit ihren Gartenmöbeln.Im Ganzen ist das Haus sehr gepflegt, innen, sowie außen.Vielen lieben Dank auch an Einar und seine Frau, die uns sehr nett Willkommen geheißen...

"The location is beautiful and scenery but the cottage itself was too small to accomodate 4 of us. No proper beds just sofa beds which were really a hassle to open and rather uncomfortable. There is no private bathroom and the toilet and showers are locared separately outside the cottage. Making this very uncomfortable and awkward if one needs to use the bathroom late at night in the cold, rain and snow. We ended up leaving and didnt make our full stay 😪 "

"Sehr gemütliches Haus. Wir haben Dank des schönen Wetters die Terrasse und den Wintergarten genutzt. Der schöne Strand ist sehr nah und nicht überlaufen. Die Gastgeber sehr nette und freundlich. Kurze Bemerkung an alle Hundebesitzer. Der offizielle Strand ist vom 15.05. bis 15.09. für Hunde gesperrt, was wir sehr schade fanden. Es gibt Hunderstrände, die ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt sind. "

"Nach einer Woche an der Westküste in einer kleinen schwedischen Kate kam uns diese Unterkunft wie ein Herrenhaus vor. Alles hell, geräumig, hohe Decken und ein toller Garten, in dem wir die Johannisbeersträucher auch innerhalb unserer Urlaubswoche nicht leer bekommen haben. Zudem eine sehr nette Vermieterin und viel Natur rund herum (die Rehe stehen regelmäßig auf der Wiese hinter dem Schlafzimmer und fressen). Sehr zu empfehlen!"

"We loved our stay at Hotel Bishops Arms Lund. The room was updated, clean and well appointed. Breakfast was delicious with both hot and cold options."

"The good: best breakfast at any stay ever, real Canadian maple syrup, real quality bacon, super high quality food. The view and surroundings were amazing. Can't comment on the spa as we didn't use it. The bad: I got a splinter in my foot from the floor in the room, staff didn't seem to care. Too many lights in bedroom you couldn't turn off or cover. Thermostat didn't seem to function properly at all and lit up when the lights went off (and it's next to the bed). Outdoor light always on and can't be turned off. No comfortable chairs or couch, and the kitchen chairs are rippled hard wood, like a ruffled potato chip and as uncomfortable as you would imagine. There was a kitchen, but no dishes or supplies and the front desk wouldn't provide us with anything, so don't expect to be able to use anything other than the microwave and the mini fridge. There is a washer/dryer which can be seen in the pictures, but apparently you aren't allowed to use it. The units are actually some sort of timeshare or they have owners, which is why you can't use the extra stuff shown, which was confusing and disappointing. The light switches are a disaster, they are all over the place and totally random in how they work, which will turn on nothing or everything, and they light up in the dark. The towels were so rough, like they have never been replaced/refreshed. We were looking forward to this place the most in our vacation and it ended up being the worst, we are glad we only booked one night."

"I had what I think is the the cheapest room on offer. It was downstairs but I still had a window that opened onto a courtyard. The staff were very friendly and let me borrow a bike as much as I liked. The room was clean and there was unlimited tea in the common area. One of the lights was broken, but there were more and the shower was great. For the price, I have to give it 5 stars."

"The pictures show a really nice modern building and they give you the impression that is where your room is and that it will look like the pictures. The reality is it does not look like the pictures and it is in an entirely different building that is old and not nice. There were no lights in certain rooms so we had to move the lamp around the apartment when we needed light in that area. The place is not what it they make it seem like it is in the advertisement ."
