"My husband and I just finished our cruise and stayed at this hotel for a couple of days. The hotel is walkable fr the cruise port but we took a taxi which costs only abt $6-$7. The area is very nice and is surrounded by many shopping/food spots and walkable to various attractions. The hotel staff were amazing. I needed help in making a reservation for the Limousine bus to the airport and they assisted me right away. Our room is spacious with a balcony. The view is beautiful at night. We had a lovely time at this hotel."

"Overall a good 3 day stay prior to leaving Japan. The shuttle bus service makes it worth every penny. Food at the cafe downstairs was great. Great hotel staff from the shuttle drivers to the housekeeping staff."
