"I made the reservation in November 2024 and WHEN I Arrived at the apto. They said I did not have reservation , I had to wait for more than an hour for a conversation between the owner of the apartment and the concierge. In short, my check-in was not authorized and I had to look for another apartment so I could spend New Year's Eve."

So many things that can be said about the property, but it is a great place to stay if you are going to Beach Park as it’s right on the beach and easy access. The beach access was the deal breaker for us. Hopefully ohana is much more beautiful.
It is definitely not a four star hotel, might be a two or three star hotel as it looks like ia motel from the outside as the stucco turning brown/black.
Fitness center is embarrassing. Old unsafe equipment! Food is great as well as cleanliness.

"The Hotel location was perfect for me and my family. It was right at the beach and only a short walk along the beach to the waterpark beach park. The hotel was nice but needs some upgrading.
Friendly staff and good security, activities for the children gave a nice break time for us parents. The breakfast and dinner buffet had å good variety and where nice prepared.
I was disappointed that the hotel or Beach Park did not sell Brazilian beer, the brands offered I can get all over the world....
