"This is a wonderful and quirky hotel - something out of the ordinary Each room themed differently, and there's a lot of history to be discovered if you have time to wander around the hotel Breakfast was excellent - A buffet breakfast that is not just the usual fare Only slight downgrade was the check-in process ... Everyone needed their own ID, and all were taken and painstakingly entered into the system. And then, at 3pm the rooms weren't ready so we had to wait a little, and then be showed to our rooms one room at a time (we weren't allowed to just go find them ourselves)"

"The best hotel I have stayed in for concerts in London. Easy to get to and from and is amazing as the tube is less than 5 minutes away. There’s a shopping centre right next to it as well and a Westfield not far so great for shopping and for getting food late at night if needed.
