"We had a great stay in apartment number five, but our checkin process with the front desk at Crystal Hotel was horrible. Everything up to the payment was great, but then it turned to a complete mess. With no information at all, I was presented with a much higher bill than the Hotels.com confirmation. We do not use euros and I had to do a quick calculation in my head to notice the difference, which was significant. "What an awesome place. It is way better than the photos suggest online and the location is amazing -- across the street from the train station, that is one stop to the bottom of the mountain at Kitzbuehl. Came to ski and had a great time and would definitely come back. "

"The hotel is very clean, decent size room, nice staff, good breakfast, good location if you want to be near the gondola (walking distance). But, in the room there is no fridge, coffee maker or hot water machine, so, you can not enjoy a coffee or tea in the room."

"A little bit of a walk to get into the proper town. The room was so dark with all the lights on I needed to use a flashlight to get around. Who knows what I left behind in the pitch dark. My biggest annoyance was while I had the half board which included dinner, they charged 7euro for a bottle of water which was less than 1e at the supermarkets. "

Chalet with ski-in & ski-out location & terrace

Great location

"Had a great ski holiday. Chalet was cosy, clean and comfortable. Location was great for St. Johann ski slopes and only a 15-20 minute drive to Kitzbuhel ski resort. Plenty to do and see. "

"My husband had to stay in hospital due to a ski accident and I booked this hotel last minute, until we were able to fly home. The owner and all the staff made sure I had an uncomplicated stay in what was a stressful time. All the staff were friendly, professional and very helpful. It was a lovely place to stay in a great location and I would happily recommend it to anyone and hopefully will return in happier circumstances!! Thank you!!"

SKI IN - SKI OUT at the Eichenhof ski lifts

Ski vacation in Tirol

"Roland was a wonderful host . The property was a five min walk to the nearest lift that gave you access to the entire St. Johann ski area. The town was just an about a 20 min walk with lots of shops and dining. The house itself was plenty of room for our family of five. the kitchen was spacious and well equipped . We will be back! "
