Located at the top floor. The room itself quite ordinary. No balcony. Windows high in the room. Want to see out need to stand up. Anoying noice from ventilation during daytime. Room nice and clean.
The dining options of this hotel was not appealing so we did not eat at the hotel during the week. 25 € each person for breakfast NO WAY. Dinner only on pre-booking and very pricy 60 € for evening menu.

"What an awesome place. It is way better than the photos suggest online and the location is amazing -- across the street from the train station, that is one stop to the bottom of the mountain at Kitzbuehl. Came to ski and had a great time and would definitely come back. "

"Had a great ski holiday. Chalet was cosy, clean and comfortable. Location was great for St. Johann ski slopes and only a 15-20 minute drive to Kitzbuhel ski resort. Plenty to do and see. "
"My husband had to stay in hospital due to a ski accident and I booked this hotel last minute, until we were able to fly home. The owner and all the staff made sure I had an uncomplicated stay in what was a stressful time. All the staff were friendly, professional and very helpful. "Roland was a wonderful host . The property was a five min walk to the nearest lift that gave you access to the entire St. Johann ski area. The town was just an about a 20 min walk with lots of shops and dining. The house itself was plenty of room for our family of five. the kitchen was spacious and well equipped . We will be back! "
